Founder · Lead Teacher
Briana Lim
Briana Lim is the Founder of B Empower Academy and an experienced yoga educator with nearly 28 years of experience in yoga practice and teaching.
Passionate about Yoga Philosophy, Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga Alignment, she is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), a certified HRDF trainer in Malaysia, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
Since 2022, Briana has been teaching Inside Flow, exploring a deeper connection between movement, music, breath, and the heart.
“My intention is to let the power and legacy of yoga reach every corner where it is needed.
I hope to guide dedicated students to weave yoga into their everyday lives.

Who are the programs for?
Our programs welcome dedicated practitioners, aspiring yoga teachers, and established teachers who wish to deepen their knowledge in an international learning environment.
Can I join as an international student?
Yes. B Empower Academy welcomes international students. Please contact us before enrolling so we can support your travel and study planning.
What language are courses taught in?
Courses are taught in English. Our team is happy to offer guidance to Simplified Chinese-speaking students before and throughout the enrolment process.
